Youmna has developed and presented conferences and programs at the University of Montreal, an internationally recognized university, She is an experienced facilitator who has conducted workshops on a range of subjects, most notably leadership, communication, customer service and project management.

Youmna has collaborated with top NASDAQ and LSE traded companies as well as with governmental bodies both in North America and the Middle East.

Youmna’s career has focused intensely on project management with the logical progression towards account and business unit management. Her experience has spanned a number of fields, for companies with the common trait of being at the forefront of their industry. Youmna has expertise in business communication, relationship building, project estimation, budgeting and finance, process development and management, coaching, training and mentoring of project players and third-party contract management.

Youmna credits her multilingualism, she is fluent in English, French and Arabic and speaks Greek passably well, to her internationally peripatetic background.
