Camil is the Chief Vision Officer of ideas group a global learning and development consultancy that works with organizations to facilitate and sustain their performance. As an entrepreneur he has co-founded companies in the events, real estate, financial planning, IT and telecoms industries.

Camil, is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Professional Speakers Association, a gazing performance systems certified facilitator, holder of Level A and Level B Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing from the British Psychological Society and an approved deliverer of the Chartered Management Institute.
